- Client service records and contracts: 7 years from the end of the contractual relationship (in line with UAE commercial record-keeping requirements).
- Quotations and enquiries (not converted to contracts): 2 years.
- Marketing consent records: Duration of consent plus 1 year after withdrawal.
- Website analytics data: 26 months (anonymised thereafter).
- Job application data: 1 year from the date of application (or longer with the applicant's consent).
- Financial and invoicing records: 7 years as required by UAE tax and commercial regulations.
When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
