Our Handover Cleaning Process

Step 1: Property Walkthrough and Checklist Review

Our team conducts a full inspection of the property, aligning with your landlord's or property manager's handover requirements. We spot priority areas, note any existing damage, and understand the work necessary to meet the guidelines.

Step 2: Kitchen Deep Clean

All appliance interiors are cleaned, including the oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine. Cabinet shelves are wiped inside and out, countertops are degreased, range hoods and extraction filters are cleaned, and sinks and taps are descaled and polished.

Step 3: Bathroom Descaling and Sanitization

Persistent limescale on glass shower doors, taps, and showerheads is removed with professional descaling agents. Grout lines are scrubbed and treated, toilets and basins are disinfected, and all fixtures are polished to inspection standard.

Step 4: Wardrobes, Cabinets, and Storage
