Our External Painting Process

Step 1: Inspection and Scope of Work
We start with a full on-site inspection. The team checks every facade, wall and outdoor structure for peeling, cracking, efflorescence, water stains, mould and render damage. Everything gets photographed, and you get a clear scope of work listing the repairs, prep and coating each surface needs.

Step 2: Surface Preparation
This is the step that decides how long the job lasts. We pressure wash to strip off dirt, loose paint, algae and salt. Cracks are opened, cleaned and filled with flexible filler that moves with the heat. Damaged render is patched and re-done, and any salt buildup is treated before a drop of paint goes on.

Step 3: Masking and Protection
Windows, doors, glazing, plants, cars and nearby surfaces are all covered before we spray. Walkways and driveways get ground sheets. Where scaffolding goes up, we coordinate it with building management and put pedestrian barriers in place.

Step 4: Priming

Step 5: Topcoat Application

Step 6: Inspection, Touch-Up and Handover
